Once a week during term time our Learning Support Assistants run homework club in the ICT suite and a quiet classroom. The main aim of this is to allow students access to computers and other resources as well as the knowledge and support of the Learning Support Team.

 

 

EVERY CHILD MATTERS

As part of ‘EVERY CHILD MATTERS’, it is important that each pupil can achieve their full potential. Sometimes there are barriers to learning that we can overcome with the support of peers and staff.

Perhaps organisational skills are an issue for a pupil, or lack of I.C.T. facilities at home.
A full sporting diary or musical and social commitments can impinge on time available for homework, or further study.
